At Vibepanties, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Mandatory Contact Before Return

Customers must obtain written authorization from our support team before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected and not eligible for a refund.

2. 30-Day Notification & Completion Window

  • Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Once approved, returns must be shipped within 30 days

Failure to meet these deadlines will result in automatic cancellation of the request.


3. Proof Required for Damage Claims

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos

  • A short description of the issue

  • Submission within 5 days of delivery

Claims without sufficient proof or outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


4. Inspection-Based Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Items that fail inspection are not eligible

  • All inspection results are final and binding


5. Direct Communication Only

All issues must be handled directly with Vibepanties.
We do not process requests via social media or third-party platforms.


6. General Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

  • Have valid proof of purchase

Opened or used items are not eligible.


7. Hygiene & Intimate Products (Important)

Due to health and hygiene regulations, intimate products are:

 Non-returnable and non-refundable if opened or used

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused

  • The hygiene seal is intact

  • The product is in original packaging

This applies regardless of customer satisfaction or duration of use.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

After processing or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.


9. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Customs duties and import taxes

  • Clearance charges

Exceptions apply only if the item is defective or incorrect.

You must provide:

  • A valid tracking number

  • Proof of shipment

Untracked returns are not eligible for refunds.


10. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Report any issues according to the timelines outlined above.


11. Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address will be:

❌ Not refunded

Always wait for the confirmed return address from our support team.


12. Responsibility After Delivery

Once marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Any loss, theft, or damage must be resolved with the shipping carrier.


13. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hygiene/personal care products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous materials

If unsure, contact us before purchasing.


14. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. The original product must be returned and approved

  2. A replacement order can then be placed


15. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union may return items within 14 days only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The hygiene seal remains intact

  • The product is in original condition with proof of purchase

Opened hygiene products are excluded from this right.


16. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
